The
Rule of Law, Not the Law of Rulers...
How can
you revive the American Republic?

It’s
impossible without law--the Rule of Law; The Declaration of Independence
and the Constitution understood in light of the laws of nature and of
nature's God.
You have been
told that the Constitution is the Supreme Law of The Land and that
Congress makes laws subject to the Constitution. Did
you know that Congress has made so many laws contrary to the
Constitution that the Constitution has become meaningless?
This site tells you just how meaningless the Supreme Law has become. You
are living in a dream world if you think the Congress, your
Representative or Senator actually respect the written Constitution.
Reviving the American Republic requires you to understand the size of
the Congressional Constitutional dream world in which we are living.
What about the President? Won't he revive the Republic? My friends, the
steady drumbeat of every president for the last 145 years has been to
expand the size and power of the federal government. Democrats and
Republicans share this one vision in common--expand federal power. In
plain language this means your public officials live for trampling down
the limits on federal power contained in the Constitution.
The ugly truth is that your favorite president and his Constitutionally
ignorant political party have offered the American people the snake oil
of expanded federal power as a cure for every problem. You have been addicted to the tonic of federal power and
programs since your earliest exposure to government controlled
education. Now, you are hooked and believe the lie that America is strong
when the federal government is all-powerful.
But the Supreme Court will save us, right? You’re in a Congressional
dream world. You’re addicted to the dope of federal handouts from the
President. Do you really expect to see clearly what the Courts have become in
this country?
The Supreme Court will not save us. The Supreme Court will destroy us.
It already has. I am talking about the United States Supreme Court. That
judicial body runs this Country. They are the Supreme Law of the Land.
What they make up in their opinions is not just an interpretation of the
Constitution they are sworn to uphold. Their opinions are the
Constitution. They said so. Their opinions are above the Constitution.
They said so. The Constitution is just a propaganda tool
in their hands to make you believe they are engaging in Constitutional
law.
No tools to revive the Republic in your hand? Waiting for your party to
save you? Waiting for your candidate, for the next President, for the
next judicial appointment?
